Recycling Plastic The Right Way… Chair-To-Table program in collaboration with Drake Corp.

What are we working on?
Table tops made up to 70% industrial recycled plastic. The chairs we make are lasting really a very long time and when our customers want to replace them, we swap old chairs with new ones, we ground up the old materials and starting today… we make ALSO tables!!! Ø28 in. and Ø24 in. round cocktail table tops, made with recycled plastic, as durable as everything we do…

…made to last and last and last some more!!!

This new line of table tops is abuse resistant and the perfect fit for rentals, caterers food service in general where transportation and set up can be more abusive than a drunk “tip tap” table top dancer…

As with the popular Recycled plastic chairs that we manufacture, we cannot contrast previous coloration, so the surface is full of shades and not smooth, making it very much scratch resistant yet still super easy to clean and creating the effect of natural material, like aged wood.

Available in gray or beige.

We are introducing to the market an idea which reflects our real commitment to the environment. Since the beginning, we have been advertising that our chairs are 100% recyclable. In speaking with our customer we have realized that they almost last forever. However some (very few) are so old and abused that they need to be retired. With this in mind since the beginning of 2009 we started our new “chair to chair” program in collaboration with Drake Corp. . We retrofit OLD CHAIRS into BRAND NEW CHAIRS (the colors available are only beige, gray) bringing them back into the circle of life. Of course this program accepts only Drake chairs or chairs made under Drake’s license. We need to be sure of the material used as they will be reborn with our label and guarantee. In a struggling economy and in hard and uncertain economic times, we are proud to say that our products are Made in the USA and we continue to contribute to and support the U.S. economy with cost-effectiveness and by creating jobs (and recycling plastic of course!!!)

Relocation to VANCEBORO, NC our new and current home!

A company relocation is a very challenging event, In September/October 2013 we were able to disassemble machines, racks and move everything from 2400 Memorial Dr., Greenville, NC to our new current location at 276 Bailey Lane in Vanceboro, NC. The move took 20 days and it was done on a very limited budget with very limited resources.

Minimal use of riggers to move only the largest parts of our equipment… most of the move was handled renting trucks and driving continuously from the old to the new location, disassembling, packing, loading, delivering, unpacking and reassembling in place as fast as we could manage.

New arrival an old HPM 300 ton for regular injection molding

We clean up more space, an old 300 tons HPM machines is positioned to make our regular injected mold parts. Machine is on line this day of May, 9th, 2012 making parts!!!

New machine coming in – big machine

The CR 4 station arrives in Greenville, space is made to accommodate the new humongous arrival. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE WORST RECESSIONS THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN IS BECOMING THE WORST NIGHTMARE for a freshly new company like ours. Sitting tight.
